Going back to ziggo soon. Never had a problem in 8 years. Now three years ADSL with 3 different providers, it has been a horrible experience.

Well the provider Online.nl is a master disaster.
I am moved to another provider one month before my subscription would have ended.
After that they kept trollling me like sending an e-mail with this subject:
"Bevestiging annulering beëindiging abonnement" EDIT: "Confirmation cancellation termination subscription"
And I got a letter, telling me that they received my old router in good fashion.
The shit router is still gathering dust here.

Now I have a VDSL subscription, and I am a happy camper.

@Lathieza Hope your probs get solved soon.

@Mister_s: It's Tele2, but I don't think the roll out of VDSL has been finished yet in the Netherlands.
So you may live in an area where you still have to wait.
