Uncanny valley. The light reflection of skin looks more like being reflected from rubber. But the detail is in the eyes they are too still, he doesn't blink as much as real actors, maybe they are too glassy too.
In the scene were he is speaking about getting a weapon, his skull is reflecting light that isn't on other actors and the voice/mocap actor.
Also the motionblur and movements look fake as shit.

Holy shit, CGI Leia is the stuff of nightmares in this little clip. I didn't notice it in the theater because it lasts for like 2 seconds (but I did notice the extreme awfulness of Tarkin) but here it is super obvious.
