I'm glad you asked. It's actually quite a complex and roundabout process. Allow me to explain.
You order the shoes from the specified Russian site. Upon delivery, you realized that you have been duped out of your money, as the shoes are cheap pieces of shit. Deciding to take action, you put on the shoes, grab your plane ticket to the little shithole in Russia where this merchant probably resides, with your mind set upon kicking his ass.
Upon your arrival to The Motherland, you find that while the owner of the shop is indeed a scrawny little guy with glasses, he happens to have high connections to the Russian mob. At about this point and time, Yuri and Boris step out with their AKs pointed level at your chest.
It's at this point where you are forced to make a very critical decision:
Option A. Stand there, piss yourself in fear, and spend the rest of eternity in Russian waters with all the nice fishies.
Option B. Deciding to put your purchase to good use, you turn around and haul your fucking ass out of there in your leet Ninja shoes, magically dancing around the AK shells like Bruce fuckin Lee. If all goes well, you get back to your home in one piece.
Quite simple now that I think about it. How could you not see that?
