Who the fuck thinks Mafia 3 was a hyped game? Everyone knew it was going to be weird, and the Mafia brand has nowhere near the brand recognition to be considered hyped. Maybe it was hyped in Poland, for the obvious reasons.

I quite liked it while playing, but I was distracted and never got back to it. Think I played it for 10 hours or so.
I'd say the biggest problem is the filler content in between the actual story. Not enough variety and too grindy.
But if you enjoy the primary driving/shooting gameplay - then the story seemed very well done.

I played through the game. It's a good game, the mechanics are solid, good cutscenes etc. It's just the gameplay structure and pacing that's bad, with loads of repetitive filler missions between each story mission.

Faster Baby is "out" as a 8 GB update.
From what I've read it downloads for everyone, you can see the new area but can't access it until the DLC itself is released (Tomorrow.) no actual patch notes as usual aside from some promo about Faster Baby features such as how they've added proximity mines.

well i dont think the DLC is out by itself , just new area got integrated into main files ... from steamdb it looks like the DLC itself will be 2.5GB additional download

Yeah I edited my post a bit, although I didn't know there was a additional download still.
Interesting.
Since all they posted was some sales pitch for Faster Baby it seemed to be the DLC content and some game changes for compatibility with said DLC, guess there's more to it than that then.

Only demo listed is for Mafia 2 (Sort by type and "Demo" should be near up top.) though it's possible they have plans for Mafia 3 but nothings available yet.
