Would love seeing the actors return in a Treasure Island show.

The finale felt rushed (as most of this season)...
What Silver was telling Madi about Flint.... they should have shown it...
 Spoiler: | Ideally Flint should have rescued Thomas..it was out of character..surrendering himself to the same fate Thomas had been suffering all these years working his ass off in the fields etc |
Overall it was kinda anticlimactic. ..great acting though.

Tbh I can't help by think there was supposed to be another season but they once it was cancelled they had to butcher what was initially planned and came up with what we got in season 4

| Spoiler: | I don't think that Flint is actually alive anymore. I think Silver made it up. Especially since there was a scene where the men were waiting on the island waiting for Silver to be done with Flint and they moved in once they heard something, something that scared the birds in the area. A gunshot maybe? |

| Spoiler: | Flint is clearly dead IMO. He had nothing else to live for, and the fact that, as the black girl said, Long Dong Silver would have sent people on a quest to find Flint's final haven during the height of the crisis is hardly believable.
Again, when he served her the "I'll wait a day, a month" etc... line, it's his desperate plea to seem honest and square things. That's why, knowing he's full of it, and obviously broke her trust, he leaves off without arguing. |
Even if a tad rushed, this is a fine conclusion to an awesome serie.

Well, that finale wasn't what i was expecting at all:

Still was a very nice episode. And to my surprise it seemed most of the character stories got a fitting conclusion.
From the last ~10min a Treasure Island with hopefully the same actors was rather obvious though.

I finally had time to binge watch the last season. Loved it. I'm going to miss the show badly. I'd really like a sequel or spin off. I liked the ending. Very ambiguous, but I think | Spoiler: |
Flint is dead. It was just too convenient, although they did telegraph that possibility and I kinda waited for it to finally drop. Still, the way that scene at the end was shot, plus Madi's doubts made me think Silver just concocted another story to somehow keep her despite his betrayal.
I'm happy Rackam made it to the the end. And that Eleanor didn't  The scene that resulted in her death was wonderfully creepy too. |
All in all, I'm happy with how things turned out.

I liked S03 the most.

I almost gave up on the first season because I found it to be very slow. But I'm glad I didn't, it picks up in the remaining seasons.
