No the whole thing is about trains this time. Those flying cars are actually large train poos which the world is trying to recycle.

I have zero interest in the film, BUT I now have a single reason to watch the movie..
to find out what silly contrived sequence results in those 4 cars on different levels to fall out of that building at the same time.
