Should be a really cheap deal either way. Around £12 on most keysites, sounds good to me after what I've seen from the console release in the past.

Yes, but Russia is relatively high priced too.
It really is very similar pricing to Beth games, where those regions are high priced, and China and the like have the cheapest prices.

Changing res is broken currently, but can be changed via Appdata in the pc config file. Haven't had an issue with performance yet on High Settings.
