Steam reviews say it's a bit "meh" currently.
(30 FPS lock, resolution limited which might or might not be fixable by editing the config file, limited gamepad support and near non-existent mouse+keyboard support plus poor performance to name some of the more common complaints.)

i thought they said its gonna be 60fps on all platforms :-/ As for M+K there were some configurators in previous games...
As for the gameplay it seems to be just refined Storm 3 with quite a huge figher roster and finished the actual story before the anime 
EDIT: wow they even added some of the movies to steam

But there's no difference between 30 and 60 FPS. Besides, 25 is the ideal FPS for action games.
