I gave the mighty Phobos everything..yet our relationship remained a platonic one, not even a harmless Dragon's tooth was involved*. Technomancer I'm disappoint.
Decided to romance Amelia instead and sealed the deal, she talked like a foul-mouthed teenager but she was cool. *DCB, you lied to me! <3
Finishing the game however was not a pain-free experience because of the insane rinse and repeating tasks (Spidersmen goddamnit) as already mentioned in the previous pages, copy-pasta enemies and forced paths that the poor player has to cross one billion times. Their previous games also suffered from this, but in my opinion, the issue is even worse here, which nullifies the improvements and brings everything back to square one.
In the end, I still did enjoy the game overall (for what it is), in a streamlined/run-of-the-mill way. The writing is bonkers at times, but the story has decent developments, the dialogues are acceptable and the main characters aren't annoying, so there's that. However, this is a standard and basic formula that gets tiring after a while without a more elaborate level design (a better/more dynamic world is also needed), it definitely must be improved in the future if these guys want to finally abandon the 'so-so' zone.
Hey don't blame me. I'm sure the companion video said you could be pounded by Phobos.
Indeed, I thought so too, though it seems that only Andrew, Amelia and Niesha provide sexy-time (in the form of an underwhelming cutscene). It was more out of curiosity, a running joke for me when it comes to pursuing the weirdest relationships in games when possible.
The game or the soundtrack? Im near the end and im still trying to convince myself to finish it, mostly because well.. the rise and repeat stated above multiple times.

I can understand disliking modern trend of every other RPG being open world, but re-playing this in span of a month? That's some...determination Don't get me wrong, from little I played it seems like pretty OK game. Waiting for discount to get it on Steam, I'll play it then, after it's all patched, etc.
I wanted to try out all combat styles, so each plauthrough felt fresh enough, to be interesting. And there was no any other new RPG waiting around the corner to switch to.
It's all good, the v1.0 had some universal problems with the rebinding, but it was fixed. I'd say it's a fairly polished game overall (didn't encounter any serious bugs, the only 'problems' were because of the quests design). Prepare yourself for a technomarathon (literally)
We've just released an update for The Technomancer!
This small patch contains some bug fixes. Thanks for all of your comments and feedback about our game!
Patch Notes 3638
Fix of multiple issues preventing you to progress through the game if specific conditions were met. The fix is retroactive, so you can continue playing through the game with your original savegame.
Fix of an exploit allowing players to get infinite money at merchants.
Fix of an issue preventing the final boss from switching combat phases.
Sure hope they mean build number or these developers have been really active with updates since the game came out.
(It's build number of course, think this is the second or maybe third actual patch since release.)

Finished this at level 38 i think, overall a good one, definitelly better than the last derp effect ; i liked the plot and quests with different outcomes toward the different factions. Sadly like the previous spiders games, the level design is till shit and who decided about the enemies to respawn everytime you change the area needs to be killed; all quests almost require you to travel between areas and with the respawns, it gets really annoying really fast. One more thing im dissppointed is the loot and items, pretty much every loot is parts for crafting which i didnt used almost never.
