I saw a twitch channel yesterday triggering it after epilogue, didn't stay to not spoiler myself. Did read a bit around the web and it's supposedly triggering after 100% viability on all planets. It seems some people got it, some not. Here, more info:
then it is unrelated to the Epilogue. I got it as soon as I hit 100% viability, before I had done the ending. If you are not getting it then maybe it is a bug leaving it until after the ending.
Completing memories missions gets you the best ending for dealing with creepy space nazis armada.
Spoiler:
Apparently remembering Ghost Dad's words let's you understand the Scourge better. You know, the one we spent the whole game seeing drawn to Remnant tech.

Spoiler:
As well as some well written cutscenes about the Initiative purpose, mysterious financing and Reaper menace circa ME3 conclusion. And yeah, some fatal consequences too. I liked these a lot!
Can someone with a legit verision upload english 1.06 localization texts? Seems there's a change.
"Mass Effect Andromeda\Data\Win32\loctext" (en.sb and en.toc).
"Mass Effect Andromeda\Patch\Win32\loctext" (en.sb and en.toc).
I have the polish version (well, access to one ), and fucking EA locks it to polish only. Same price as english, obviously, and the translation is horrible.
At least for the time being, BioWare has put Mass Effect on hiatus and turned Andromeda’s developer, BioWare Montreal, into a support studio, according to four sources close to the company.
Last month, a number of BioWare Montreal employees were transferred to the studio EA Motive, also based in Montreal, to work on Star Wars Battlefront II. Those remaining at BioWare Montreal will help support BioWare’s other games including the new intellectual property, code-named Dylan, which we expect the company to announce at E3. BioWare Montreal will also continue to patch and support Andromeda’s multiplayer.
It's a shame that the entire thing ended on such a sad-trombone-y note, but they're the architects of their own implosion and that kinda gives some satisfaction at least. Assigning such a crucial and loved franchise to a team of grade Z programmers, interns, cosplayers and Twitter drama queens along with the specific Biofluid directions from the upper management, there was only one possible outcome really.

It’s pretty disappointing when the most notable criticism of the game is ‘the face’s aren’t pretty enough’ and it results in this.
Because you can also find posts like this one:

They’re wrong. The writing is atrocious, ranging from badly done awkward Judd Apatow/Tumblr comedy, to unearned cheesy sentimentality, to villains so under-established that it’d make Apocalypse blush. It’s not just a bad Mass Effect game, it’s much worse than that.
Yeah, because the problem with Andromeda was social justice...
It wasn't. It was bad writing, dull quests and completely unlikeable characters.
But pushing an agenda certainly didn't help. It was an attempt to sell the game to people who would never buy it, regardless of how inclusive it was, simply because they're not gamers.
Nobody would have cared if there was a transgender/Apache helicopter/whatever character, as long as it was well written.
Kinda like Sense8 season 2. I almost rolled my eyes out of my sockets at that 'Violence has a gender' crap, didn't stop me from loving the entire season.
But there is nothing likeable in Andromeda. Poorly written, badly acted with shitty animations on top.
