Doesn't really matter though, just annoyed me that people react like they've been programmed by sjw's. I wrote it because female protagonists have more or less taken over in movies and games. While i enjoy them at times, they often feel shoe horned, like romance in Dragon Age.
If this was all planned for a while then it's all good. I don't mind female protagonists at all, only when used for the wrong reasons.

It's still retarded posting it in a thread about a new Bioware game i could understand but here where the character was always planned as female years ago when the first Darksiders was made? nope.
I personally like looking at females a lot more then males i mean if you prefer males that's fine ofc but then again there is always Mass Effect or Gayvilla or something like that.

It was known at least 1 of the 4 Horsemen in the Darksiders games will be female since the first game's announcement in 2009 which was little longer before all the female protagonists being overused everywhere. So feel free to bash Dragon Age, Mass Effect, the Logan movie or whatever but hating Darksiders for this is like saying Star Wars is a ripoff of Interstellar.
