We are Currently Playing BF2 and BF2:SF

I would say Warcraft 3 and some tower defence. Its wicked fun. At the last 5 or so netparties I've been to we played it about 50% of the time (granted it became kind of an rule later on ;D).

If not that then try Alien vs. predeator 2. But you should proberly remove the shoulder cannon or whatever from predetors because its kind of overpowered (from my POW - run around with the mouse button pressed. see some thing, release button, some thing dies (well if it wasnt the some of the largest aliens - I think they requires 2 shots), rinse, repeat - btw. it auto aims... And they start with it normally).

Serious Sam 2 should be good but havnt tried (we couldnt make it work at the last two or so).

I think the rest deppends on you and the rest of the ppls preferances...

All: Microsoft produced/published RTS.

GTA II, OFP, Quake Series, UT series, Warcraft 3: FT with custom maps, Good old Half Life mods (hence Desert Crisis not the one with the terrorists), Motocross Madness 2/Motocross Mania with Baja mode, Call of Duty, COD: UO, Call of Duty 2.

For me the best lan games were and still are Duke Nukem 3D (shrinking your opponent or blasting him up with the pipe bombs was so much fun Wink ) and UT. Don't know why, but the first UT was much more fun than any of it's successors.

For me the best lan games were Age of Empires 2, Red Alert 2, C&C Generals, Delta Force 1&2 and the best was Half Life Deathmatch with its mods and custom skins. Very Happy

Duke Nukem 3D w IPX protocol - really cool levels & great weapons like shrink gun, holograms, etc. Could do levels with normal monsters for some great mayhem Smile

i always loved that miniature car game at lans, we used to play it all the time, cant remember the name though, only all the horn honking MEEP MEEP:D

i also loved to play dn3d, blood and shadow warrior alot. Those are true gems of lan-gaming. I guess it wont cut the crap nowadays though. But i havent had as much fun in multiplayer as with those... ...ok, i had some memorable lan-partys with other games aswell, but those above really stand out among those.

EDIT: revolt it is Very Happy MEEP MEEP MEEP
