It's a PC version, of course there's going to be a ton of wrong stuff coming up. Which is quite sad, because many people reported it to be a good PES this time around, but all of these statements come from those who played this on consoles, obviously.

I hate to say it aloud but..I actually like the handicapped PES 2017 PC considerably more than FIFA 17  (in single player, that is, since I don't bother with the online in those games anymore).
Fancy presentation and animations aside (where Fifa has the obvious edge), simply put I find last year's poor Evo a better representation of football intended as a team sport, with enough room for both the player's decision making and direct control, along with responsive off the ball and without being subjected to a limited and somewhat artificial game of grinding.
If they won't magically backpedal this year and go back to previous wrong attempts (always a possibility  ), I'm definitely looking forward to this. It will also be interesting to see the modding scene in action with the proper engine (at last!), may the isodemo be swift.

Haha mine are just ramblings really, besides, like Bryzgalov would say in these circumstances, it's only a game
The dream would be to merge EA's expertise when it comes to the sheer immersion factor with Pes team's ability to provide the sandbox tools on the virtual field, the result would be incredibly interesting. Too bad the merging would probably give us a Pesrobotrons-fueled game on top of EA's scripting and limited AI instead, wrapped in a card Journey game where you have to train all Hunter's cousins in order to be able to collect the final Legend card: Adam Bhatti.

That will never happen. PES barely survives. EA holds most of the license and whatnot. There is no room for a new publisher to jump into football or any other major sport (since EA owns most of them).
The series is locked out and FIFA will continue to dominate regardless how the games turn out. Konami is just too lazy with their series.
"PES" is good if you want to play offline. The online is absolute garbage and they don't even care anymore.
While FIFA is not good to play against CPU but online works well and it is quite a lot of fun.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Kinda weird i never got into PES ... something always felt i dont know worng
.... but might be just what i got in first
.... like monkey above who started with PES in SNES days , I started fifa since 98 as for PES first one i tried was PES5 and wasnt really fan of it

Anyone interested the BETA want down a storm ..better than PES17 and it's the first PES I liked since PES 6 been playing FIFA from 08 to 16 ..i bought 17 but it was rubbish and switched back to PES...this year is looking good

Fifa is same old same old tbh especially AI, the last videos put me to sleep especially with all the money making HUT or whatever it is, thats their main focus .... PES5 and 6 were one of my best sports game memories, tried PES2018 beta on PS4 and it wasnt bad. If they use the same engine on PC I may get it again after 10 years.
