Well, currently playing it a bit.

It doesn't seem more worth than some random 15€ game.

One thing annoys me though: The controls feels so clunky and the camera keeps fucking auto centering all the time.
Rage

Also when i pressed TAB to open the map, and then close it by quickly pressing a combination of ESC and TAB, i was stuck in the menu. Had to restart the game.

// Oh and even with 60 fps (most of the time), the performance feels like absolute shit.

The game is good, but unfortunately, very repetitive after a point. About 8h in, everything seems to be repeating ad infinitum. If i see another one of those same looking lairs, im gonna puke.

Meh, stopped playing after 3-4h.

Shit controls and crap performance are too annoying. I'm fighting more against those issues, than against enemies.

Will keep it installed for now, hoping that in the very near future some magical patch will arrive.

But so far:
5/10

On the bright side, the game isn't being exactly a financial success (only 30k-ish copies sold on Steam), so maybe maybe there's the hope that Volition (or what's left of it) can get their thoughts in order in the future and try to look for some of that old brilliance lost in toilet humor and laziness.
Either that, or they'll just go for the full generic dead on arrival MMO the next time around to complete the circle

I don't see how they came up with this shit... its not funny, its not interesting and its linear as fuck.
The bad driving and clunckyness of the first saints row games was made up with humor and bizarre crazyness.

It doesn't mean the game is all bad, it just doesn't add anything new interesting. If you want a good open world action RPG you play the borderlands series.

Iv never really been a fan of superhero games either, with the exception of deadpool.

Iv only played 10 missions, so might be a bit to early to judge... but I know its possible to complete the game under 7 hours, so I guess a lot of those 50-60 missions are boring side missions.

not really sure after couple missions, performance is abysmall , love the saturday morning cartoon vibes , its fun in short burts but gets very repetitive in longer play ... starting agents are crap (only the girl was OK) ... gets bette but i guess i am not the "Hero shooter" guy

Is the CPY release working for everybody here?
I tried it (on three different OS, Win7, Win8.1, Win10) but no success. In the task manager the process appears, stays for a few seconds and then quits. No error message, nothing. I installed the Redistributables as well.
Does this game require a newer CPU like some other recent releases? (mine is pretty old, I have to admit, Phenom II x6...)

just wondering... every other CPY release did work on my old machine so far... Confused

No crack related issues here.

That Phenom rings a bell for me though, as being a pretty shitty CPU when it came to compatibility.

Or is it safe to delete the game now.

Would still just delete it. Sadly this has been a complete disappointment. Sad

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Agents of Mayhem Dev Volition Reportedly Hit by Layoffs
Quote:
Agents of Mayhem developer Volition has reportedly been hit by layoffs this week.

According to Kotaku, more than 30 people have been let go from the Saints Row studio that's located in Illinois. That apparently includes the layoff of Volition general manager Dan Cermak.

Deep Silver is reportedly dissatisfied with sales of Agents of Mayhem, which released last month. IGN has reached out to the publisher for comment.

http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/09/27/agents-of-mayhem-dev-volition-reportedly-hit-by-layoffs

They must be pretty retarded, if they didn't see bad sales for this game coming.
