ofc only works when you computer has a miracast compatible wifi card/stick. both devices must be connected to the same wireless lan, though the real transmission is directly between them devices. the same wireless lan is only needed for security reasons. that means -> if you tv is hooked to your wireless lan but your computer uses ethernet it wont work

Yeah I picked up on this new trend of having 2456446 achievements for farting. Few months ago Steamgifts had a shitload of these 'games'.
Retarded as fuck, same with those banners: "Too hard don't try". I guess they read a book about toddler psychology or something.

ASF works OK enough for redeeming keys, not really needed, but nice that they added.

They made it more straightforward and a one-time 100$ payment isn't going to be much of a hindrance.
That game with it's 7000 (Actually 6800 some.) achievements even straight up used ripped assets from other VN's (Grisaia was mentioned.) and got removed for this, made some changes (To the store images.) and was put back up and then taken down again for the same reason (It still used ripped assets in the actual game.) but then made some further changes (To the remaining store images showing said content.) and was put back online and might still be online using assets ripped from other games.
Really should just kick that one dev off permanently, actually Valve should step in more heavily in general as next week alone there's some hundred plus games getting released throughout the week so kicking off even a dozen or so devs that are clearly misbehaving and bending or breaking the rules shouldn't be much of a loss but if it took a ton of videos, game websites and community discussions before Valve even removed Digital Homicide who were none to subtle about selling basically the same game over and over with different skins (Having some 20+ more on Greenlight readied for release.) well Valve is being too slow.
They might not have much of a choice sooner or later though, the 18+ adult games in particular are almost competing with one another now with much they can get away with in terms of content so there's gore, snuff, hardcore bondage, torture, rape and more which will probably attract attention sooner or later.
(They do have to comply with US laws for example.)
Then again with how much sales you can get just for a barely over 2 hours visual novel featuring horrible writing and next to nothing but sex there's no wonder it's popular, pretty easy money even if it's sold for something like 2$ after all.
(And quick to make so sequels, spin-off's and more can quickly follow as can DLC.)
EDIT:

Well fuck that doesn't really work as a example now does it? Yo Activision!
(And a bunch of others. )

I really don't understand the problem people have with these 'games'. Why would you even buy them? You can just ignore the junk, there's enough filtering on Steam for it.

There is? Enhanced Steam definitively helps but in turn it slows down the website to a crawl especially if you have various tabs for the individual games going. Default options are pretty lacking and the tags are community made so filtering one out generally also sees a couple of other games being lost because some people just decided to tag those for fun.
Devs not updating the release dates properly also sees a number of games every day showing up under new releases without pricing or anything taking up some of the space although at least these are visible and easy to scroll past.
Pricing also helps but when there's near a hundred releases that's still a lot of scrolling past these 0.99 or 1.99 games that have lately started to really increase in popularity.
Extensions and scripts seem like they would be a big help with helping customize the Steam store site functionality though the performance trade-off is pretty severe but until Valve re-designs the website a bit more thoroughly (And the client too ideally.) that's just how it's going to be I guess.
EDIT:

http://store.steampowered.com/search/?sort_by=Released_DESC&tags=492&category1=998&os=win
That's how I tend to split it up, one indie and one without indie although some bigger developers also class as indie since they're not under a separate publisher so it's not perfect but at least it cuts down on things somewhat.
For now it works pretty well, although the constant increase in new releases per day is making things a bit chaotic although for Valve it probably shows just how much Steam has grown these last couple of years with everybody wanting to publish their software via them.
Which isn't a bad thing really, putting some more work into the client itself and the web site wouldn't hurt though but I guess it's coming whenever it's ready, they've already mentioned a upcoming revamp but yeah, Valve time I suppose, done when it's done and all that.
EDIT: Although when it comes down to it I suppose that Origin, Battle.net and UPlay aren't all that much better either, there's less games and other software but they also lack some options and other usability and accessibility tweaks or what to call it, Valve and Steam definitively have a bit of a advantage even if the sheer number of new releases every day is causing some problems.

The problem i have with the high amount of shit on Steam: Once in a while i want to use the Discovery Queue to find some gems - yet to often just find the opposite.
