I think the Half-Life 2 Collectors Edition Pacific version is sweet...
IMHO it is much cleaner then the metal box sold in europe... Luckily I was in Thailand when it was released, the CE was in english over there too and I just happened to be in a gamestore on the release date... 
As a side note I can say that I also own the European CE just for the fun of it... And I will probably buy the next boxset that will be released when Aftermath is released too...
I had high hopes for S.T.A.L.K.E.R getting a real neat cover and all... Until they decided to use this one
There were fanmade ones looking 1000x better, I am not even sure I want that box near my other games...
