speaking of car pollution, heres a funfact you guys probably didnt know:

You need ~30 trucks (with EuroVI engine) to pollute as much as one regular car.

A EuroVI truck that drives through a city with high pollution actually cleans the air.
  I hate you.

						tl;dr:

20 y-old Golf 1.6i gasoline car makes 0.678g/km NOx and 2.499g/km CO2

10 y-old Skoda 1.9TDI diesel car makes 0.262g/km NOx and 0.014g/km CO2

Euro 6 diesel NOx limit is 0.08g/km

brand new Renault Megane Experience (1461cc) produces 0.991g/km - 12 times the limit (made in 2016, tested in January 2017)

brand new Fiat 500X CityLook Popstar (1598cc) produces 1.153g/km - 14 times the limit (made in 2015, tested in December 2015)

brand new Qashqai N-Connecta DCI CVT (1598cc) produces 1.46g of NOx per kilometre. That is more than 18 times Europe's 0.08g/km limit

brand new Mercedes C250 AMG Line Premium DA produces 0.080g/km of NOx in real-world driving, so it complies with the regulations outside the lab as well as inside.

brand new VW Tiguan (the SE-L BiTDI SCR 4MOTION Blue Motion Technology, to give it its full name) even comes in at 0.076g/km, just below the 0.08g/km limit.
