Noticed more people complaining on steam that anything other than 1080p in fullscreen doesnt work and borderless just stretches 1080p to your res.

Anyone not pleased with textures? It really looks bland on 4k. Even with all options maxed out with 15 fps.

Strange that deferred rendering is an option. Deferred rendering should improve performance considerably, not sure why you would want to turn it off.
Disabling deferred rendering might be good if you had a low-end GPU that you overclocking to 5GHz and cooled with liquid nitrogen.

I've tried it. Does not change a thing. at least not in performance. Not sure about looks ebcause I cannot get screenshots to work.
gpu culling is also not doing anything other than freezing the game

Deffered rendering gives me 10-20 fps, the manhattan level was unplayable without it.
Radeon r9 280.At first i thought it would look worse, but it looks the same.

Ok found the fix for the "fake" 1080p+ res in windowed borderless and the non working 1080p+ res in fullscreen.
It's the high DPI issue in w10.
Right click exe, properties, compatibility tab and set override high dpi setting bla bla. save and voila,, fullscreen 4k actually works.

Could you guys check whether the deferred rendering changes the anti-aliasing options available? Or whether MSAA with and without deferred rendering performs differently?
While deferred rendering is great for performance, it is also the reason why many games stopped supporting proper MSAA and filters like FXAA and SMAA became important. Deferred rendering and real MSAA are unbearably slow (or maybe even impossible?).

I've not noticed any difference. The game is using the same aa as Doom, so txaa x8 or whatever. Looks clear like a postcard

Both async compute and deferred rendering had no impact on performance in my test location. Same fps in all cases.

Hum I received the mail from cdkeys.com to deliver the code, but when I click on the provided code link I land on some error page stating "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below".
Anyone else ordered from cdkeys.com? First time I have an issue with them.

Having to constantly mash 'e' isn't great, I agree.
