I really don't. Why would I? Taxes over taxes over taxes on everything, especially anything car related. They keep finding new ways to tax anything motorized in here and it's fucking retarded. Also new rules and laws to stop people from improving their motor vehicles in any way without permissions and shit.

Well if you want to count it like that, Finland has had continuous settlement since the stone age, far older than 4000 years.

It's a completely different list if you only look at sovereign states with independence throughout their existence.
