Made a small house with a sign showing allegiance to the hump, hope its still there when i login tomorrow. this game is timeconsuming as hell

Well i mean they basically made two games in those 3 years. And they're both solid, which for indie titles these days is pretty good.

they keep pushing with 1 week-long updates... how come so "rubbish"?
the issue here was their choice on using the old unity engine, making a game for 1 year and half and then switching to the newer engine, doing all things again.

Not really. Rust is definitely qualified to get out of EA imho. It also is constantly developed, getting updates pretty much every week.
