What is the best bandwidth limiter other then Netlimiter? Both netlimiter version 1.3 & 2.0.6 has a conflict with sysmentac client firewall 8 and norton Internet security 2006. I need a bandwidth controller that limits individual program rather then entire bandwidth. What's out there?

I use netlimiter 1.3 what's the conflict? i'm sure there's a way to configure them. Maybe look at an FAQ on the NL site :/

When both netlimiter and Client/Internet Security are enabled, some internet streaming audio won't load or takes very long time to load.

ie) bloomberg radio http://www.bloomberg.com/media/radio/listen.html#

Also, local network is not accessible.

There are not much options to configure in netlimiter and for internet security, I configure it to permit all and it won't do any good.

I already looked at FAQ on NL site and couldn't find an answer there so I sent a e-mail to their tech support questioning if they are aware of this issue and some question regarding netliimiter 2 and they didn't respond yet.
