Quote:
Mamma mia... Long awaited by fans around the world, the newest instalment of the cult series "Pizza Connection" returns to the PC with even more flavour and extra cheese.
Make 'em a pizza they can't refuse!
In addition to the series’ tried and true basic ingredients, economic simulation Pizza Connection 3 offers a number of hot new toppings! Work your way through a challenging campaign to rise from a simple pizza baker in the streets of Rome to the owner of the world's most successful pizza chain! Use the famous Pizza Creator to design your own signature pizzas.

Show your competitors the way to sell pizzas and create a unique taste experience for your customers each time they visit one of your restaurants. Whether you do so by means of target group oriented advertising and great pizzas in stylish restaurants or by dancing along the crust of legality through the occasional use of sabotage and violence is entirely up to you.
It's time to once again enrich the world with tasty pizzas and redefine good taste.

Menu:

- No one's invented your favourite pizza yet? Vegan, straight vegetarian or meat with added meat? Create your own pizzas using the legendary Pizza Creator and over 75 different ingredients!

- The 12 mission single player campaign lets you rise step-by-step from a simple pizza baker in Rome to the world's greatest pizza mogul.

- From Sydney to Berlin to Washington DC: Conquer the world's greatest metropolises with your own pizza chain and discover their unique tastes!

- Customize your restaurants the way you want: Floorplan, furniture, personnel, interior decorating. There is a little interior decorator in every pizza baker.

- Use market analyses and sophisticated marketing strategies to reach your customers with targeted advertising.

- Get rid of your competitors by using particularly spicy ingredients such as sabotage and bribery.

- The free game mode offers an alternative to the campaign rich in its diversity. You yourself can determine a wide range of parameters such as startup capital, number of residents, competitors and much more, allowing you to create your own challenges.

Omg, I LOVED to original one.

Remember playing with the old Saudi Prince who was only awake a couple hours, sick as hell and everybody hated him? ^^

But he got all the money!

Oh and the cookbook was their anti-piracy ^^

Was this game that you could do some "raids" on other pizza joints?

I remember playing a game like that when i was a kid. You could get some cockroaches on your rival pizza place

I think Pizza Connection was the name in Germany. By software 2000 iirc.

And yeah, you could raid other restaurants with flamethrowers, bazookas etc. or sabotage them with poison, cockroaches and what not.

Extremely fun game back then.

Confusingly, they released Pizza Connection 2 as Pizza Connection 1 in some countries whereas Pizza Tycoon was Pizza Connection 1 in Germany. I loved the first game - played it for many many hours. The second looked rather tacky and I never played it - I hope they can do this one justice.

The most fun was, to make the perfect pizza.

Tho many pizzas were beyond disgusting lol.

I really hope this will bring back the fun from the game back then (and I hope I am not having a case of the nostalgies lol).

Serbian pizza?

http://www.likep.com/2011/06/have-ball-at-serbias-testicle-cooking.html

Quote:

Dishes include testicle pizza, testicle moussaka, goulash, testicles in Bechamel sauce, but just in case you’re not a fan of cooked balls, you can find roast beef and lamb served as side dishes. Apart from awards for the most delicious testicle dishes, judges also award prizes to the ballsiest people of the year.

Though to some people a simple pineapple is seemingly a mortal sin ha ha.

EDIT: And that's why I'm no good at these types of management games. Razz

In the original Pizza Tycoon it was quite funny how you could put entire fruit on there without dicing or massive chunks of cheese. Yum Laughing

According to some reviews it's a mainstreamed version of the first games, that doesn't really improve on anything. Sad

Click and drag the pizza from the left to the right...

easy lol. I think I am gonna make a gif out of it, just to mock Lathieza rofl.

Anyways, played the first mission last night, it's pretty easy to understand.

It's a lot more like Pizza connection 2 than 1, that's for sure. The main difference seems so far, that you can add up to 10 Pizzas to the Menu instead of just "1" special pizza, like in PC2.

Still, think PC1 is superior to all of this. Even if it is somewhat easy. It still was more fun.

Will continue later on to see if it gets better or worse Smile
