Isn't the console version often considered better? Though I don't know if it's purely based on actually being able to play offline or not and I believe it has higher drop rates too.
Console version is much better than PC version, it plays so good with controller, on PS4 pro its running at native 4K 60fps pretty much all times, its a fantastic experience if you like Diablo III.
Does Predator concrete jungle run on that emulator jackQ?, I still got the oriiginal disk for that game, ii'll rip it and make an image for it if the emu runs it.

No reports on this game so try it for yourself but there is a PS2 version and it runs perfectly in PCSX2 https://wiki.pcsx2.net/Predator:_Concrete_Jungle which is a far more mature emulator so just get the game from emuparadise or something like that and play it in there.
I don't know, it's progressing pretty nicely and a lot of games and stuffs are properly emulated, and I don't know if it's actually more complex to emulate then 360 as the last progressing slower...
But that might be because on RPCS3 the developers are working more.

Not a lot of ppl are working on Xenia and the interest was never that big at least compared to PS3 emulation, the hardware in the 360 is definitely way less exotic then the one in the PS3 especially Xenon vs cell cpu.
Most hardcore PS3 games are native 30 fps and forcing game to run on a speed that it doesn't run natively making issues with the gameplay.
With high end PC you can get "full" speed with the most demanding games, but more work on the emulator needs to be done.
Some PS3 games do run on 60 fps, and even with Emulation BTW, but either they are relatively "simple" engine like Diablo 3 or are yet to be optimized enough in the emulator to actually achieve that thing.

Xenon and PS3 Cell were not so different, the main problem with PS3 Cell is that it had too much vectorization units for the time, and that was the reason for all the "exotics" (on PC, you had single-core CPU, optionally with hyperthreading on early Pentium 4, plus direct access to vectorization registers such as SSE, with no special controller in between).
However, many things changed for the last 13 years on PC as well. We had fully programmable GPUs with a shitload of ALUs working in parallel, we had 4+ core CPUs where developers finally had to learn proper multithreaded programming instead of slapping everything in one thread loop, etc.
So, for a decent programmer who didn't fell asleep in 2004. and woke yesterday, Cell is not such a beast anymore. For hobby programmer kids who were doing hello world tutorials until six months ago, it probably is.
Too bad that there aren't much more Persona 5's for people to throw money at this to (hopefully) speed it up...
Just imagine the patreon bux's thrown at this if the new GoW was out on PS3 too and the dev's posted that they were going for it
