This downgrade videos are getting old. Yeah, they pimp up the trailers, so does movies.
Yes, they want your money, but you know that.
Yes, they will make everything to get your money.

It is region locked I think. Only for Russia. That's why it's cheap

@Grine That's not what he meant, those cheap accounts are simply shared, you're not the only one using them, you go offline and play via the activation you had previously. They're really nice offers for Denuvo games since you can test them first rather than buying blindly if you don't like it.

Big note on that though, popular accounts lose access fast, they have a warranty on replacement but you still lose your progress eventually.

They are shared accounts, where the game was bought in some cheap country.
It means several people use the same account.

Dumb questions:
A buddy bought the game.
I did not and therefore do not own a copy.
Can we still play Co-Op online with only one bought copy if I just install UPlay and add him to my "buddy" list? Very Happy

Yes, right. "A Way Out" offers that.
Got that mixed up, then.
Damn, man. Wanna play, but can't. Sad

Then don't and be patient for a crack or a price drop.
FFS, it might be fun but its still a fricking mediocre UBI game.

I got to say, I'm surprised, the game is way improved over the other Far Cry titles and sometimes challenging (too many enemies at once can kill you fast, even on normal). The area is huge, the world feels very different and actually fun to roam around in. They definitely went the right way here, if they continue to improve their games like Origins and FC5, Ubi may bring back some of their past glory.

Still, there are some heavy issues that have been brought up already:

- Enemies spot you from afar (while in some cases it's simply realistic, in others it's just ridiculous). You stand on a bridge and an enemy spots you from the shore that isn't a sniper class, kinda okay if the vision isn't obstructed by foliage but defeats the purpose if he spots you on the other side of the woods through all obstacles but in return doesn't notice you lurking out behind a tree 10 metres away.

- Regarding the video "the Cheeseburger problem", yes too much stuff happening. You have no breathing room, things constantly happen and people freak out, even in apparant "safe zones". This issue gets bigger by the fact that such fights interrupt "talking" to NPCs, very annoying if the NPC is right next to a main road where enemies spawn nearly constantly. Even in the woods, animals and enemies appear out of nowhere.

- Being cut off from where you are as soon as you reach a certain resistance state (triggering a main story mission), while this isn't the biggest issue, I can see this become annoying in no time, especially when you're not prepared for it.

I will wait for sales and when it's below 30 bucks I'll probably grab it, if the ISOdemo is out before that I'll get the variant with all DLCs included later down the road.

Imho games with respawning enemies, they should add like a "bubble" or zone around your character, where nothing and no one can respawn.

Ever since I got to "halfway" clearing a zone, enemies stopped spawning so often. Only the damn planes were an annoyance.

This wasn't possible for Origins and won't be possible for this either. I'd be surprised if someone worked on one even.

Not like people were discussing the game itself that much before. Laughing
