Would someone PLEASE tell me where they're getting this online game crap from? The only place I know of that's somehow touting it as fact is Kockutu, and I don't see how they could have any credible inside info.

Someone on 4chan did mention Fallout 76 all the way back in december, but if you go to the particular thread that talks in detail about MP, it seems to refer to Rage 2 rather than FO76 and people are mixing up the two:
It's a melee combat (yes melee) battle royale set in different real locations from across the world. It also uses a few Overwatch/MOBA-like cooldown based moves because I guess they think that spices it up or whatever. The rocket is how the game decides what map you will be playing on next. It explodes in the sky with everyone in it and then you find out whether you're playing on Tokyo, NYC, London, Hollywood Hills or whatever whilst skydiving. It's really fucking stupid. I did playtesting on it a few months back and it was barely functional even back then and it's going to be really embarrassing when they reveal it.
I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to leak this on /v/.
The weapons are shit like bo staffs, rocks (can be thrown or used to hit people), spades, golf clubs .etc but you can also use your surroundings to hurt people like swinging a TV off of a wall in someone's house or flipping couches. Stupid shit like that. The game prides itself on having location specific weapons as opposed to random locations like other battle royale games.
The whole gimmick of the rocket stems from the joke that people are constantly trying to escape Earth because society as collapsed worldwide, but every time they try the rocket explodes and they fall back down to Earth. It feels kind of memey and meta in a way that you'd expect from Saints Row or I'd say Borderlands personally.
Either way that sounds like a horrible multiplayer mode.
I have been waiting for this mod since 1997 when that awful Fallout 1 came out riddled with human NPC's and being forced to role play! I mean, role play is for nerds right?? It has been a long time coming, but I'm so thankful for Bethesda's vision to remove the plague that has haunted the entire Fallout series. Now I can play, hassle free, without having to participate in a story or talk to any one! This is how this game was meant to be played.
Please tell me you're going to add a faction called "Griefers" that will randomly kill me when I'm trying to enjoy my single player game? I think this would add a lot of realism to this new vision Bethesda is embarking on. It would really be great if they had names like: Anonymous821, Dildo_Shwaggins, PurpleHeadedQueefLicker, and of course, xX_Pu5syD3str0y3r_Xx.
Oh and one last request. Can you add some giant Final Fantasy monsters to the game too? That would really seal this mod in as the greatest mod of the history of modding.
Did they break vsync in one of the latest updates?
I'm using the same mods I was using last year, but now and then the framerate suddenly escapes past 60 fps and the only way to bring it down is to open my pipboy and close it again.
Wouldn't be a big deal if LoadAccelarator wasn't needed, so vsync via nderpia CP is a no-no. And LoadAccelerator is needed because I needed to use the not loading/stuck in low res texture fixing lines in one of the ini's:
bForceUpdateDiffuseOnly=0
iTextureUpgradeDistance1=7500
iTextureUpgradeDistance0=5000
iTextureDegradeDistance1=7500
iTextureDegradeDistance0=5000
which in turn lead to huge loading times.
Or was all of this fixed?
