Yeah. What I saw just made me think that it's not a good idea to just let creatives loose without any oversight because someone needs to be asking, "Is this a good idea?"
Also the tension between the creative and the overseer helps deliver a better product I think. As long as it's perfectly balanced and one side isn't bending over.

I don't think so. I guess Fisher is now relegated to doing cameos since Ubi made him old.
Maybe he can be a new attacking operator in Siege with his special ability being that he has no droning phase and can start moving during preparation phase so he can pop in and murder the defenders while they are setting up and thus ruin the meta.

In terms of AAA games, this E3 was kinda lackluster even by E3 standards. The ones that were actually interesting are targeting early 2019 at best and most of them will probably get delayed by 2-3 months. All that's left for this year is Assassin's Creed 294 and Battlefield 6743. Meh.

Other than Cyberpunk was there anything of interest announced this year?
In years gone by E3 threads would be 100+ pages of humpers shitting all over everything. It was genuinely pretty funny to read. The thread seems pretty dead this year.

Cyberpunk wasn't really announced this year. From the new games Dying Light 2 and Control look promising. I don't care for teasers, I'm also glad that I got to see some gameplay for Metro Exodus.

I thought Metro was the only trying to show us a lot... Yeah, they were all snippets but they all seemed to focus on something specific. Felt out of place compared to the other E3 footage.

i expect nothing revolutionizing from Nintendo. I doubt they'll make any more truly big games for the Switch, other than the ones we know of. Just half serious medium/low budget games for kids. I'm ready to be proven wrong!
