Me likey, the atmosphere and visuals look absolutely on point.
At first when I read about the return of the OTS camera I wasn't too convinced, but if the core gameplay will still revolve around the original strategic(ish) slow-paced survival horror/puzzles without too many modern sins it can definitely work well.
This time I think we can all agree the casting is gooood (RE7's Chris was a more radical, controversial, change).

as long as it comes to pc im quiet fine with this.
they need to do this re4 style thing. most people these days don't want to play with the old camera style and controls and of course they want to sell as many copies as possible.
even me who played re 2 when it was released, don't want those kind of controls anymore. those days are over.

Those people have no idea what to do with the franchise since RE4. They tried to do it more like a generic 3rd person shooter, then some weird team multiplayer shooter, switching to a 1st person game, now they suddenly remake the 2nd game. At least they try new things and are not a copy-paste CoD or Assassin's Creed, which is fine I guess. But it seems they've long ago lost the way to make a proper RE game. RE7 was fine but just above average game. And this one feels the same from the video.
PS: The code/s to unlock Leon's desk is definitely "git gud".
