I think it'll come in 2020 too - among other things, the year opens up solid possibilities for a marketing campaign. Also, I won't be surprised if the date will be 7/7/20.

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
One can hope they learned lessons from Downgradegate from Witcher 3 shit.. maybe the X and Pro consoles can handle the basic version of the engine without MasterRace enhancements. Inwhich case, downgrading isn't required...
...but in this day and age, where console developers require parity with PC's so as to not make their hardware look dated, I can almost guarantee a reduction in visuals. All game dev/publishers are too timid to tell the big guns to fuck off - and lose 2/3rds of their sales.
And I don't have much hope for the PS5/Xbox Two (or whatever), because it takes time to develop a new bit of hardware, by which time, we'll be on 2 generations of GPU gone.

In an interview with Kotaku's Jason Schreier, Marcin Iwiński stated that the 'next step' would be Gamescom and seemed to imply that they would be showing off the same demo that they showed at E3, but potentially with a few differences.
It's unclear whether it's going to be behind closed doors or public, but I can't imagine they'll just show the same demo to a bunch of journalists who had already seen it.

Unfortunately, Alicja did not reveal the graphics settings/details used or the resolution (though we expect it was 4K) or the framerate (was also expect it was 30fps) at which this demo was running.
Nevertheless, we now have an idea of the PC specs that will be required in order to play the game. Our guess is that CD Projekt RED will be able to further optimize the game, though it remains to be seen whether the full/entire city will be more demanding than the E3 2018 demo that was shown.
