Haha! I too decided to watch this year's Giro, it was surprisingly entertaining and fought from start to finish. Dumoulin thoroughly deserved the win, he managed to resist the other three top cyclists all conspiring against him, the fact that he didn't have a proper team, and last but not least, the diarrhea  
(I guess we can use this thread for future cycling-related stuff, if anyone is interested)

Tsja "poep gebeurd", it was great to see Tom win in the end.
If he wants to win the tour or so, he really needs a better team.

Not unexpected, the Sky Team has a lot of power. If any other second class cyclist had been in Froome's position, he would have faced the disqualification (which is obviously the correct thing to do in such situations) - like it happened in the past to Petacchi, Ulissi and many more. Then again, we're talking about a sport that has absolutely zero credibility left

Yeah well I really don't get it.
Some Dutch doping expert on TV yesterday agreed with the acquittal of Froome.
Said something about it is not being clear what the allowed amount is of that asthma medicine in the urine.
Froome's failed defense claimed that the amount of the substance (in the urine sample) may vary without extra intake of said medicine.
It is not getting any clearer, and it is fishy.
