I went to the doctor. He took a blood test, im still waiting for the results, he gave me some vitimin tablets and told me to eat alot of meat and vegetables. Physically and mentally im fine now, i have no reason to be stressed, so its a slow but steady timefor me to gain the weight i lost. I asked about such products as steroids to help and he strongly discouraged me explaining how they are bad for your overall health in later life. He recommended some milkshakes which fill in gaps between meals for those extra callories in a healthy mini snack. He also said i have a naturally high metabolism and it may be hard for me to gain the 2 stone so quickly. So does anyonre recommend some high callory but healthy meals i can eat for the next month or so tryin to bulk?
Thanks overall for all the comments, i took the advice and it seems it went in my favour.

Its is better to be slightly over weight than under weight. Its alot harder on your body when you get sick and have zero fat reserves.
If you want to bulk up, do higher weight with less reps. Eat lots of "Heathy Proteins" like fish. Dont eat 2 steaks a day. Wey Protein is also a good supliment and its a good way to start your day. Legs, Legs, Legs... they will help with all your muscle groups.
But if you just want to gain weight, drink pop or lots of sugar. And you will blow up real fast.

Grab a bag of tree's and blaze your face off for a week, buy a ton of munchies and chill - dont do anything that requires effort.
I know it sounds like a joke, but im serious.
