Im going to start traveling for work and i was wondering if there was a good Barebone Mini PC for gaming and are they upgradedable like adding a new video card. Its either something like that or a laptop but laptops parts are way too expensive

if you get a decent barebones kit like a shuttle they are upgradeable , for about £270 you can get a skt 939 shuttle setup , which has pci e graphics slot so you could possibly get a 7800 in there depending on size of card, biostar also do a 939 with pci e and there are a few lga 775 that have pci e to.
as for a laptop , a decent gaming one would be the new dell xps, my friend just got one and it cost about £2k but is a absolute beast, better then most peoples desktops

Thats what i was wondering. I looked at the size of the BareBone and compared my Radeon X800XL and i was thinking "how the fuck would that fit in there?"

Well I have a Shuttle sn25P but the 26 is out with sli support. It's a great PC and since it cost me nothing, it's even better . The cooling is really good and the noise isn't an issue either. I really don't see peoples problems with PC's of this type. I have my PC on my desk next to my monitor and I cant hear it at all.
