Some of the "bugs" I regard to be such may be actual "features" (  ) , but those are still awful. Like the Warp Gate thing, for example. And I really can't get over the pre-scripted AI actions, and the fact that ranged hit chance is not affected by distance.
Also, the lack of map variety, and slow enemy turns, like you said.

I don't get all these space Hulk games. The original tabletop game is so fucking boring and a pure RNG fest that I can't believe people enjoy it.
Is this game anything like the shitty board game or does it at least have some potential?

Based on what you wrote about the board game, this is a true and faithful video game adaptation: it's boring, and the RNG is outrageous.
Uninstalled it already.

I don't like it. To be fair I never played the original boardgame and didn't like the previous 3-4 space hulk games either. So I guess it stands to reason that I wouldn't like this either. Only played through the first tutorial mission but I couldn't get into it at all. Think its just the general ruleset and the concept of the game itself that I dislike so I probably shouldn't have even bothered in the first place. Why do they keep remaking this game though. It's all essentially the same thing done over and over with just better graphics each time. I suppose fans of Space Hulk would be happy with all these remakes at least. Not for me though unfortunately.
