Just had my very first BR solo victory in this game. TBH, I had to put in a lot more work than in other games, but never once did I feel I died in an unfair way - which is how I constantly felt in PUBjank.

Good thing that it doesn't matter what you or any other oblivious person "feels" in this regard... the evidence is what matters.
Pax - I'm sure you have this figured out by now, but just in case:
Classes and specialists are unrelated. You mix and match. You crate classes - you can set up many custom classes. Then at the beginning of the game, you select both a class and a specialist (independently).
Everyone talks good about this cod havent played since advance warfare when they introduced that jetpack/thrust ridiculousness im willing to give this a chance is the cheapest place plati?
I mean that seems to be the biggest issue with some of these "AAA" development projects having ridiculous sales expectations and then somehow expecting a sales success to hold for year after year often with some really inflated expectations to just how well it will sell.
Course budgets and development costs are now also in the 100's of millions (PLUS marketing costs.) which is also a bit of a thing since the game literally has to sell record breaking amounts in the first month or even weeks to be considered successful.
EDIT: And these 70+ US Dollar and Euro costs for the game isn't helping plus adding additional editions and early release bonuses and what not trying to steer sales to the 100+ USD / EUR edition quite blatantly.
(Or a subscription service, that looks to be what EA"s aiming for now.)
EDIT: And I guess moving off Steam such as what Bethesda and Activision are doing with some franchises is also a thing, getting all the profits though the PC version is often trailing after the console sales.
(And it's usually PC and console and not PC, PS4 and XBox One which is a bit unfair hah.)
EA already moved some years ago though and even with Steam improving they're sticking with Origin.
(But they're kinda running out of studios other than sports and Battlefield and a few indies though I suppose Fifa alone can sustain their business even if all else fails.)
"Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is now selling a red dot sight reticle for 100 COD Points, which translates to $1 in real world money. Called the Open Dot, anyone interested in purchasing the item from the Black Market can actually pick it up for half off – 50 COD Points (or 50 cents) – until January 1."
