Rym Games has just launched the latest trailer for their upcoming Unreal 4 horror game ' The Conjuring House ' which is coming to PC and PS4 in 2017. Set in the early 20th century in an old abandoned Victorian style house with a pretty dark past, you play as a journalist covering a paranormal event with a team of mediums and parapsychologists who were sent to unravel the mysteries and myths about the location. But decay, fear and horror is about to unfold as the team go missing, and you will face untold evil and must escape the terrors of the house.
I guess they got in to legal trouble with the "The Conjuring" movie franchise right holders at least that's the only explanation i could think of for renaming a game after it got released.
