Subscribed to Origin Basic to play Unravel (because its very rarely on sale) and found out that I can already play BF5 trial with it. So I did that.
Overall I like the game. It's not super, but I like it. Love the gunplay and for that alone I'm ready to buy it, but not for the price they're asking. This game is in no way worth more than 30€ in its current state. But I'm glad to see that other maps which weren't in the beta are way better than what they shown before. That was my biggest fear with the game and I'm glad that they did a good job on that part. But, then we come to the number of maps, which is low, 8 of them. And from those 8 I take 3 away because they simply suck (Rotterdam x2 and that snowy one) and I'm left with 5 maps only. Thats waaaay to little content for a 60€ game.
And another thing I don't like is that the whole game feels like CoD with vehicles instead of a BF game. Maps are big, but there is almost no tank battles, no air battles, nothing. Its just 1vs1 tank battle and 1vs1 plane battle in most cases. There are not epic fights or anything, it's just infantry combat with here and there some tank.

Just played few rounds, i like it, guess its because i never got into BF1 and havent played multiplayer shooters for a long time... One thing tho is clear, there has been massive downgrade in graphics, not sure what has happened, but doesn´t look anything special tbh after you disable all those post process shit effects that give you massive headache, in fact it looks pretty shit at times?, let me guess, this is where the "RTX OFF" gimp begins...

Depends On the players for tank battle and plane battles,was in a tank and got owned by infanterie,also in a plane its hard to spot aa positions and infantrie.
I totally agree, the gunplay is better. The "total destruction" they brought back on the the other hand isn't that mpressive. All the houses in Narvik can be destroyed, but other maps there is barely any destruction.

Games and movies gave us the misconception, that tanks and planes would almost touch in battle, while in reality, they would be hundreds of meters apart (either tank vs tank, plane vs plane or plane vs tank).
Also, planes hardly ever killed tanks but were more of a psychological factor. I think I heard somewhere, they in average miss like by 150 meters with their rockets and it was safer to remain inside the tank than to go outside when planes attacked.
Also, movies gave us the idea, that tanks would rush into urban centers, crashing through walls and stuff, and not be bothered by infantry "at all" lol.
Street fighting was a horror for tanks. Never knowing where the enemy could come from if the street below would hold the weight etc. And forget about driving through buildings lol.
EA are beyond money grubbing A-Holes!!! 3 different tiers to dig money out of! Go Origins premium and play NOW!! FUCK OFF! I wish they could crack it now....that would put the boot right up their asses! GOD I HATE THEM!!! Hahahahahaha

remember guys, this game in exactly 8-12 months will be down to like 10-5 euro, and in 6 months there is more free to play for a weekend events for sure dont waste ur money

WTF deelix? You think you can't blow the remaining 50% of the church because of religious reasons? It's because destroying a huge landmark throws the map design and balance into the trash.
I'm having a lot of fun, massive improvement over BF1 (I played it for last 2-3 weeks before BF5, because it was 5 bucks).
There are typical bugs from DICE that will be solved with the (day 1(1) patch ), mostly UI is annoying in customization screens plus revive bugs out often.
Yeah, the beta Narvik map pissed me off because pretty quickly it was mostly flat with nowhere to hide from snipers (easily a quarter of the players on the map, easy). On one hand i like the destruction but, on the other hand, from a gameplay perspective it's usually too much. However, IMO the players of course are to blame. Too much Michael Bay going around in the games.

That's nothing, you should see some of the game's problems and this is after taking one month for "polishing". Sometimes it feels like Andromeda 2.0. It's quite obvious to me that they cut every production corner they could knowing that there won't be any money from lootboxes and season pass.
If I'm not too lazy, I'm going to make a few gifs with some of the "lol" moments I've experienced so far.
