Hmmmm I'm conflicted about this game. I love the WWII setting but I heard they completely changed how BF plays by limiting ammo. On top of that I heard you can't chose gender for certain roles and the female voices are incredibly annoying. Not sure whether to get it or not.

You can play as either male or female for every class. And also as any "race".
Ammo is not that much different. You get 2 full magazines at the start and can hold up to 3 magazines iirc.
Support can throw around ammo pouches like in BF1, but those only refill weapon ammo, not grenades or special ammo (dynamite, panzerfaust etc), that can be restocked from ammo crates (placeables) or from ammo stations (fix).
Tbh, it's fun.

buy a game, have to wait 6 months to get all its content haha, and that of a game that was already delayed at launch. most cheesey way ever to fake user retention numbers to investers. look they logged back in every month (cause we released locked content every month)
fuckers, deserve to get anal probed with cattlerods (name that game)

It's a decent way to waste time, but i am not a big fan of it. Waiting some time until it improves seems to be the correct course of action with this one. The War Stories are definitely worse than they were in BF1.

Well it's the same logic SJWs use these days so I'm not surprised this is their stance. "Guilty by association" is their big thing since it makes it easier to feel superior over others.
But yeah, people are people - being German in WWII didn't automatically make you a mass murderer nor did being an Allied solder make you an angel. There's plenty of stories about the Allied doing awful stuff (Dresden anyone?) but of course, these are "isolated instances".
