Some people had the same with WoW when they removed the Full Screen option and people were forced in windowed borderless ... in the end people had to wait on Nvidia to bring an update.
Haven't tried AssCreed so dunno if you have an option for Full Screen to see if it makes a difference.
That's bullshit. The only place where it's disabled is in UWP because UWP is retarded. Since they are not in the Windows Store, they are not UWP, hence nothing is preventing them from moving to a real fullscreen mode.

I'm having this issue and I just noticed it as well. It's usually when I light up the torch. Didn't bother me enough to even find a fix for it as the cave sections are limited and I clear them up in almost no time.

They sent out the original request to join Project Stream email if you had Uplay around the end of October before the game came out. I thought I signed up back then but since I did not hear anything back from them yet I decided to sign up again since it seems this is getting a big push recently with a lot of sites mentioning it.

With a modded save yes, you can get it at the russian forums or try to cheat them yourself, then you need cheat engine and the table at fearlessrevolution.

I must admit that despite the skepticism I'm enjoying this quite a bit, I believe this is the best AC game to date and thank goodness it went the more RPGish route, without this it would be boring as fuck after the Origins being very alike.

I completed main storylines (including Atlantis) and killed all cult members. Took me around 75 hours (including exploring a lot, so I didn't feel any of the grind)
I thought the final cutscenes were a bit lackluster (especially after killing the cult leader)
