Yeah, but you can buy Steam wallet cards so not really an issue (or so I've read), they are available in almost every store here. |

cdkeys.com is fine for that. There are more places but I haven't used em for that. Opiumpulses comes to mind but I think it's been 3 years since I bought something from there. |

I use seagm.com, clearly Chinese business and probably not the most legal one at that, but their codes always worked very fine for me.

Thankfully my virtual cc cards (www.mbway.pt) work in both in and ar, so it's as simple as create one and add funds directly on steam

I've not yet done this myself but I think a second account is the best solution. I just made my first purchase on my second account (a game of 39c) so I can use market features on that after a week as well. The Steam market in Argentina is hopeless, almost everything sells at 20-30% of EUR price, so whatever few cards I have left I'll try to sell on EUR store.

I ended up picking up The Vagrant and The Mercury Man with the card money I made from this event as I always end up using it to clear out some of the cheaper titles or DLC I have on my wishlist.

Only game I bought were VR games to entertain my guests on New Year's Eve. And it worked. After dinner, most spend the rest of the evening in my game room.
Other than that, yet another Steam sale with very few games that are discounted below the standard cd key prices.
