They fucked up the marketing for this game so bad. It looked great on e3 2 years ago... and that should be it... Now there are hours of gameplay with the game coming next year and I am already tired of it

Still looking quite good, the trailers or gameplay videos hasn't been anything out of the ordinary, nothing that makes me think it's GOTY material, it could turn out to be something great or just something that feels like FarCry with zombies - playable but nothing too great.
Looking forward to a decent zombies has been some time since I've played a good zombie game last ones were Dying Light, The last of Us, Resident Evil Revelations games. There was only one that was really really crappy, namely Dead Rising 3..

We want to share a change in release date for this highly anticipated title from Bend Studio. We recently decided to move the release of Days Gone from the crowded February timeframe to April 26, 2019. While the studio is eager to see Days Gone in the hands of fans, Bend Studio will take the opportunity to further polish Days Gone.
I welcome this. I actually hope either Anthem or Metro Exodus is delayed too. AAA games released on the same day does not bode well for me lol.

Nothing stands out here apart from zombies in greater numbers than i guess we've seen before in 3D games.. Environments are kind of dull and generic, i bet that overall it has that typical Far Cry feel to it, take out bases etc.
Maybe I’m just easily impressed but geez you guys are killing my hype lol. I reserve judgement but remain optimistic. I think it looks good and the framerate looks solid and it’s obviously not running on a PC. Im all for an open world zombie game and the gameplay reminds me of The Last of Us with a motorbike lol. I guess a lot of games are generic these days because it’s all been done before but this is a high profile Sony exclusive, so it’s bound to be a hit, amiright?
I don't think this looks much like TLoU, i doubt the story or world building is anywhere near that (sorry to kill hype). It might be a sleeper hit it's always hard to judge completely by videos..
