I can't think of any recent relevant example where exclusivity + anti-competitive behaviour (to Epic's degree) has been the issue.
Let's face it, we're what Schreier of Kotaku fame would call "toxic consumers". We buy most of our games during sales, complain if they're not working properly and get angry when publishers pull shit like Derp Silver did
If the game is good or i like the franchise i buy it on full price and since people here are canceling preorders it means that they wanted to buy it full price.

Look no further, most people in this thread already agreed with you that they want the game on steam, not epic launcher. Yay for them, yay for you! Boycott all you want, now you even have a dedicated thread for it courtesy of interactive♥. Just maybe, try to respect other people on this board that might just want to read about the game itself, and not your opinions on the epic store.
I don't want to have a conversation with you on whether steam or epic is better for you, personally i don't see the two as mutually exclusive, but again, i know i won't change your mind and you won't accept any of my arguments either, so what's the point?
