Ubisoft has decided to launch a special promo campaign aimed at encouraging PC gamers to place pre-orders for the upcoming online shooter, The Division 2. PC owners, who decide to take such a step, will receive a free game as a gift, selected from a list of three available titles: Watch Dogs 2, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands and Far Cry Primal.

Err, odyssey had a similar bonus, giving out ac3 remastered as far as i remember? It's decent enough marketing, honestly, you get 2 games for the price of one, but i already own all 3 of those on offer, twice. grinhurt

Btw watchdogs only has russian language ? According to google they said it was english but the ingame text was still in russian.

Want to know as well. The RU store shows all languages (both audio and text).

One of the users has pre-ordered it as well and said it was a worldwide copy.

Just preordered it, took the gold edition for about €45.

Will let you know if i can activate the free game normally

Turned off vpn and restarted uplay thing, division 2 is in library.
Claimed watchdogs 2 in browser (without vpn) and it is in library as well

On a side note the free game isnt available straight away, im guessing you will have acces to it after the division 2 launch?

Edit: Just did it, bought the ultimate edition with the 20% coupon Smile. But I didnt get a free game ( yet ) :/

I used it on my main, I had VPN on till I got to the paypal page then I deactivated the VPN to actually pay, worked ( for me ). Normal credit card payment was declined a few times so I tried paypal.

I didnt use the 20% Code btw, I think I forgot it after I tried it a few times with my credit card, so with the 20% code it should be like ~46€

I didnt get an error, must be you that is doing something wrong ? I mean, I got an error when I tried to use my credit card, it just send me back to the shop, but when I clicked paypal and was on the paypal site I turned off VPN and could use Paypal.

The only problem I ever had (with all the workaround/keys I've bought) was with one of the Anno keys that I bought on the keyseller sites. After some time it just disappeared from my uplay library.

So I'm somewhat careful when it comes to uplay but I guess I'll give it a shot before they fix this and hope I don't end up with a russian client. Smile
