By the way, I reserved NFOHump clan name. As it was stated earlier, nForce was taken already. The clan is public /open currently.

I dunno. I think the weapon mods are fine. They gave a pretty good reason for it not being like the first game and instead pairing up stats that are risk/reward. Plus you can honestly counterattack a lot of those negatives with Talents and the like.

Yeah I'm calling bullshit on this. This is the first game in awhile that hasn't felt rushed. I don't doubt people are getting glitches. . .because it's a computer game. . .but "rushed through the release gates" is a bunch of hooey.

What I've seen so far:
- Floating bodies and objects
- Getting teleported back and forth
- A female character is talking but the male model next to her is the one that with animated lips
- Doors open before the animation of pressing keypads is finished
- All kind of interface glitches, some that have been inherited from the first game
- Invisible walls
- Those rocket launcher NPCs are just hilarious. The rockets just go through all kind of objects.
- You can shoot to the sides when you are CCed with riot foam.
- etc

I could go on, I have a bunch of screenshots as well. I'm sorry I didn't get to clip the moment when I got teleported back and forth while trying to take a zip-line.

It's an openworld game. . .weird shit like that is to be expected. I mean the UI stuff I'm right there with you on, but for a game of this size I am amazed at how smooth my experience has been. Other than the "skill bug" I've not run into any real issues.

RDR2 is an open world game and it has way less problems while having a much better production value. Besides, The Division 2 is sloppier even compared with its predecessor.

Just got an email from Epic about the Division 2 being out, but I don't have an Epic account.

Did Ubisoft give away my info?

Someone made an account with my email before, apparently it’s quite a common thing. They even have a support section for accounts created without permission

I played via AU and HK vpn and now without any.

I logged into Ubisoft several times from different places of the world, to see if I could catch up with the release zones, to get a better ping.

I am still playing just fine ^^

He can always try Division 1 trial, if he can run it, can't find anything about it on the internet, but I guess it won't start.

The hunters were a lot of fun to hunt down. Very Happy The mask reward is pretty cool as well.

The (VIP) bounties are nice as well and the use of location is good. Plenty of new places that you don't come across during the main/side mission. Haven't played much DZ but so far PvE has been enjoyable; at least in a group.

Came across this wall:

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

The Division 2 - Patch Notes 16/3

Bug fixes

Implemented a fix that should reduce occurrences of client crashes when using skills
Fixed an issue where players could be stuck in the wrong World Tier if they completed Strongholds without meeting the required Gear Score while in a group
Fixed an issue where players wouldn’t be able to talk to agent Kelso at the Castle Settlement
Fixed an issue where players could obtain multiple Ivory Keys from the same source
Fixed an issue where map progress would not be saved when completing Open World activities and Side missions in another players’ instance.
Fixed an exploit that allowed players to loot Supply Drops multiple times
Fixed a bug where players could buy blueprints repeatedly at the vendors by logging out and back in
Fixed an issue where combining the Dialed in talent with the Emet Mask could lead to greatly increased Accuracy and Stability

I was watching a streamer yesterday (they were giving out copies of the game so I was hoping for a chance at a free one) who discovered this bug and since he was a Ubisoft Partner he contacted the Devs while playing so they could hop into the stream to see this bug in action. Surprisingly fast turn around for this fix but I guess in a loot shooter any sort of exploit like this could have really ruined end game or pvp for some players making them super op.

Yes. They did the same with one of my E-mail Addresses. One that isn't used for anything gaming related but I did use it for registering with Massive Entertainment. Never gave permission to share it to third party shit, only received mails about their studios playtests for 5 years and now all of sudden Epic has it and bothered me with promotional shit.

Oddly my game doesn't load anymore. Confused Stuck at 0% for 5 minutes and then kicks out. Even the initial loading speed has gone up so much.

Edit: restarting PC fixed it. The performance is much better despite little texture issue here and there. Nothing breaking. The fights don't seem to stutter anymore either. Thanks for sharing. Smile

So because you don't like that kind of gameplay, nobody can either?

Did you buy the game, knowing it was a cover shooter-looter? Or you didn't buy the game and just want to be sure to let everyone know, that you don't like cover shooter-looter games?

The Hyena quips and AI commentary can be a bit amusing but I don't think I've ever heard them outright claim they are going to fuck you.

From:
https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision/comments/b1praq/this_ai_is_getting_too_aggressive/

I have heard a few other Hyena's exclaim "I'm going to level up." however and found three of those true son militants in a random encounter watching a fourth one doing pushups proclaiming how much he sucked at it. Razz

Metro Exodus did a fairly good job keeping it more real and less PG too having enemies proclaim you a fucktard among other choice insults and during the Taiga level a group can be overheard talking about the scout camp being a good source of muff...pre-war some 20 years back.

The eyes-crossing, headache inducing FOV in this game is simply defect.

They put an FOV slider in Assassin's Creed Origins + Odyssey, and they refuse to do so in a game that REQUIRES a wide FOV for situational, competitive, spatial awareness...

This is beyond fucked-up. Laughing

P.S.

In case you didn't know, playing on low FOVs drops your IQ temporarily.

They never added FOV for the first game either from what I remember, EAC also eliminates the possibility of a third party tool since Easy Anti Cheat has a very strict whitelist on what it allows.

I know, I had to use a custom resolution and accept black bars on screen to address partially and hardly acceptable the issue.
