God this game is fucking expensive everywhere. You can usually find new games for something like ~€40 but everywhere I look (official resellers that is) it's above €54. That's shitty console prices, waaaaaay too high. It's like they don't want me to buy it.

In case you didn't know, you can change to Argentina Steam and get it for cheap.
Anyways, pre-load seems to be up. 12 GB.

Weird. I was sure that if you change your store and use a different one to pay less they ban you.
You can change every 2 weeks. Not recommended but possible. You don't have to buy using VPN either after 1st purchase as Steam sets your store to that region till you decided to change it.
So moving from Russia to India to Argentina is quite handy and saves a lot.
