Defy the god of death as you hack and slash your way out of the Underworld in this rogue-like dungeon crawler from the creators of Bastion and Transistor.

We can complain all we want, but this is competition, the kind of competition born out of capitalism taking advantage of a consumerist society. Is it fair, moral, etc.? No! and this is where "we", the consumers, should have our say. Vote with your wallet.
Feels kinda bad it's Epic Store exclusive as I have all of their games on Steam, but I will still buy the game and support them as I loved every game they made.

Well, i sure as hell don't have any say in what you do. That's right. That's why we have laws and regulations since the logic you present doesn't work.
People keep saying that this works. That the market self-regulates. etc. Anyway, when the law doesn't help you, voting with your wallet is the best option.

Well, when you vote no with your wallet, but the uninformed 60-70% vote yes, then the only one losing out in the end is you though.
TLDR: When Hades launches in Steam Early Access, it'll already be a big feature-rich game, filled with thrilling action, dozens of colorful characters, and the rich worldbuilding Supergiant is known for. We designed it for Early Access from the ground up, so you could help us make it even better by our v1.0 launch in the second half of 2020.
So are the visuals, the dialogues, the voice acting. You name it, almost everything is amazing. The only downside is the grinding required to see the whole narrative and mechanics.
Cool, I've bought it while in early access because it was pretty cheap and they gave Pyre with it as well. Never got around to play it though. Supergiant are one of my favourite studios nowadays however, incredibly talented people that also really care about putting out quality games. All the Noclip documentaries on them are interesting if you want to know more about them.

Supergiant Games have used their creative magic to tell a clever step by step story inspired by Greek mythology and furthered by roguelite elements. This genuine mix of narrative, gameplay and stellar artistic direction makes Hades the culmination of a subgenre that has become more ambitious with the passing years. I can’t help but wholeheartedly recommend this game as it’s one of the best I have played this whole year.
Pros:
+ Witty storytelling
+ Superb visuals
+ Slick combat system
+ Fantastic roguelite elements
+ Persistent progression
+ Excellent soundtrack and outstanding voice acting
+ Replay value
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
