Are Nintendo able to spot that you're playing a copied game online? I assume so, unless there is a new clever work around. Thus, I assume this game will not be for us Space for rent. Contact me for rates!

it has story mode so maybe offline play for that, and i bet no doubt you'll possibly be able to get downloaded course unofficially and add them to the games folder well here's hoping anyway!

They can, unless you dump your own cart, then it's harder for them (but not impossible).
