Is this worth playing if I not played first one? (seen some gameplays and it was stupid jumpscare galore). I really loved games like Penumbra or Soma btw

I personally wasn't impressed at all with 2. Didn't finish + uninstall.
It has repetitive level design and does a mediocre job at pulling you in for - at least - discovering the story. Soma and Penumbra are way ahead of this in terms of a certain atmosphere that pulls you in.
In a way, it's like A Machine of Pigs. Looks interesting... but... something's missing.
I tried playing this the other day on stream.
I absolutely loved the first game was awesome fun. The mechanics of the game worked well with me including the pace.
The second one I just could not get into properly (although I still shat myself lol)
I think I got to the end of chapter 2 before I just felt so bored with the door simulator that I eventually stopped streaming and uninstalled the game.
Still got a few clips together though of me totally dumping myself though for shits n giggles.
