QoL changes are good, many things are automated, also plenty of new houses per tier and different ones for biomes like Mars.
i would say the "Plus" is the right name.
both codex(nuked) and skidrow seems full of stealth-pirate check: in the codex release the tenants die very quickly after taking an house, the skidrow one, seems to auto-gameover when it pass like 8 years, 2 months and 16 days of game time by saying "you failed to use all the landscape at your disposal"; this usually happen on a gamemode when you dont put at good use the lot you buy from the town hall, but even with full coverage and freeplay gamemode, it still go on gameover.
i'm quite tempted to buy it.
