Too bad European countries are (still) not very prepared for GDPR (every country is responsible for their own territory). These kinds of breaches should come at a hefty fine, but alas. I fear that GDPR will remain an empty box for some time.
The numbers don't decide, the system is a lie. The river running dry, the wings of butterflies.
And you may pour us away like soup. Like we're pretty broken flowers.
We'll take back what is ours. One day at a time.
There is currently a known issue that prevents the Epic Games Launcher from running on a class of processors(CPUs) that support the SHA-NI instruction set. This includes Intel Apollo Lake CPUs, Intel Ice Lake CPUs, and other CPUs that report SHA-NI in the same way.
Aren't they using JavaScript crap to "devlope" this crap? Isn't the point of JS to be compatible with all hardware and OSes?

tbh this sounds more like they develop it in the Unreal Engine itself and are probably using some version of SSE or AVX that isn't supported by older CPUs
Those are not "older CPUs". Ice Lake is the upcoming architecture line of CPUs.
Also, what you mean, the store has nothing to do with Unreal Engine. It's "built" on top of Electron, which is a garbage JS framework for idiot "developers" that can't code. Case in point.
