My guess is everything physical is localized to Polish. The game will probably have a language select.
Also not sure how this will translate to other regions, but the Polish CE is pretty pricey, more than double the price of The Witcher 3 CE.
For comparison sake, the CE for TW3 was 349,99 PLN (~82 EUR, ~92 USD).
C2077 CE is 749,99 PLN (~176 EUR, ~198 USD).

You can switch to Argentina store easily and buy directly. The gifting is kind of same but you need a VPN to activate. So you are better off doing it yourself.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Yes, but add funds BEFORE switching regions, just in case. I'm not sure you can use non-Argentinian credit cards in the Argentinian store. Make sure to check what else you want to buy before switching. Bloodlines 2 is cheap, about half the price of Cyberpunk in Argentinian store.

If you have a PC weaker than the current consoles its coming to then yeah don't buy.. no idea why anyone would use PC for gaming in the first place then, get a console instead.
