I wanted to give a try to AlterOps but looks like the beta is discontinued:

Yeah it's definitely too weird. I think they have some technical problems atm  (since my connection is surprisingly fine)

Hated to bring this old game back up....but I just installed onto my PC with Win 10 Anniversary and it won't start? Tried every fix from steam forums etc....it will not start? Anyone running this on win 10 64bit Anniversary??

Try to setup a microphone, i know its weird but if a mic is not setup or even a fake one, some cod's dont run at all.
